We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect true colors. All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST based on your location). We accept payment via secure third-party payment processors including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit cards.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. If there is an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
REDGEM Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or other factors outside our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our monthly jewelry drop, all sales are generally final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@redgemjewelry.com with photos and your order number.
For eligible returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with Canadian privacy laws including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required to fulfill your order or by law.
