All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Within Canada
Orders shipped within Canada typically arrive within 2–6 business days after processing, depending on the destination. All domestic orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Shipping to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Tracking will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to countries worldwide.
International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing, depending on location and customs processing times.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we will do our very best to assist with any delivery issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, REDGEM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
