Due to the limited nature of our monthly drops, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@redgemjewelry.com, and we will be happy to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will review your request as quickly as possible. Items reported as damaged must be unworn and reported within 5 days of delivery with clear photos.

REDGEM pieces are made from metals like gold vermeil, sterling silver, brass, copper, and stainless steel, which naturally age and may tarnish or mark the skin over time, especially with exposure to water, fragrance, lotions, or sweat. Please review materials for each piece and discontinue wear if irritation occurs, as normal wear, tarnish, and skin reactions are not considered defects and are not covered for return or replacement.

Our pieces are primarily made from gold vermeil, sterling silver, brass, copper, and stainless steel. All of these metals can naturally age, tarnish, darken, or change appearance over time. This process is normal and is not considered a defect.

If you have known metal allergies or highly sensitive skin, please review the material details for each piece before purchasing. If irritation occurs, remove the piece immediately and discontinue use.
Damage, Breakage & Misuse
Jewelry can be damaged by pulling, bending, snagging, dropping, or improper handling. Damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear (including tarnish or plating wear) is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under replacement or refund policies.
